All our Laminated carbon fiber sheets are produced by the heat press method. We only use high-strength carbon fiber prepregs to produce these sheets and are available in various sizes and thicknesses.
- Standard Thickness: 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 20mm, 50mm etc.
- Standard Size: 400x500mm, 500x500mm, 500x600, 1000x1000 mm etc
- Largest size possible: 3000mm X 8000mm
- Skin Layer: 3k carbon fabric, Kevlar-Carbon hybrid fabric
- Core layers:12k UD carbon fabric, Fiberglass fabric, Kevlar fabric
- Surface Weave: Plain/Twill
- Surface Finishing: Matte/Gloss
- Based on your requirement, we can also use Nomex/Kevlar honeycomb or PVC foam cores
Typical uses for carbon fiber sheets include Robotics, RC models, UAVs, aerospace, motorsports, marine applications, musical instruments, etc. We also offer CNC service.
